Shipping policy
All products available on polardesignatelier.com are made to order and are not kept in stock.
Once an order has been placed, it is put into processing within 12 hours of payment confirmation and enters the production queue. Production times may vary depending on the type of product, the time of year, and the volume of orders received.
Order Shipping
Once the production phase is completed, the order is handed over to the courier for shipment. The delivery times provided are to be considered estimates and do not constitute binding deadlines.
Any delivery delays attributable to the courier or to force majeure events (by way of example: strikes, adverse weather conditions, holidays, or periods of high demand) may not be considered grounds for order cancellation or refund.
Shipment Tracking
Where available, the customer will receive a notification containing shipment tracking details once the order has been handed over to the courier.
Liability
The seller’s responsibility ends at the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier. Any issues arising after shipment must be reported promptly in order to allow the appropriate checks with the carrier.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, local charges, or other import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Such costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. The seller shall not be held responsible for any additional charges requested upon delivery.
